REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Do you want to return something? Here are some rules and resolutions required:
- You can return any product for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order. If you’d like a refund for your goods, however, you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
- Original discounts, promotions, or any free delivery which applies for a particular order will not automatically reflect on the return as well. Your return will exclude the shipping charges.
- If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item in its original condition and place a new order.
- Please note that if the order was in its proper condition, size, and color that you ordered and you still like to get it replaced, it is your responsibility to bear all the shipping and handling costs associated with the return and receiving of the new order.
- In a situation, the order that you received was not the item you ordered, then it will return the complete amount to you including the shipping costs for the return. Please use standard shipping only and send us the receipt as well.
- Please note that if the picture is a digital image, color and embroidery may be slightly different. That will not consider as the wrong order.
- For international customers, you handle any import duties and taxes imposed by your country.
- There’s no need to let us know you’re returning something, just fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and ship it back to us.
- We recommend you keep hold of the tracking number and a copy of the receipt of shipping for your return until we have received it.
- We will send your replacement to your default address as shown on the original order. If you want it to be sent to another address, please let us know while sending your return. The shipping costs might differ from the original order if you are changing your shipping address.
- We’ll refund the price you paid for your item, back to your original payment method.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed properly and can’t be damaged on the way!
- Products can be returned if some problem occurs. We try hard to accept all returns plus returns need to be securely packed. The returned items must include the original tags.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and we may have to send it back to you. Shipping and handling charges will apply.
- You can try out the item to check the size and fitting, but for hygiene reasons, any item which shows any signs of being worn more than this, will not be accepted as a return.
- We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- Make sure you use a postal service that insures you of the value of the items you are returning, and we recommend that you obtain the proof of posting.

We only exchange if any product has a manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase.
Inform us if cannot bring it back right away. Email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your invoice number and small description.
Product items and the original box must be returned as well.
If the item is dispatched to you in a different city, then we will provide the Exchange one and the shipping cost, which our customer will bear to send us back.

If you receive a product that is not what we have described in our catalog (replica, specs, and image), you are not bound to keep that product. We will return your money.
